1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to all purchases made on https://ulovel.com from Ulovel, a French micro-enterprise located at 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (contact@ulovel.com). The terms in force on the day of your order apply. They do not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

2. Products and orders

The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. You choose your products, check your cart, delivery and payment details and can correct any error before confirming. Confirming your order means you are obliged to pay. An order confirmation is sent to your email address.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include applicable VAT. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before payment. The price that applies is the one confirmed for your order. Payment methods are those shown at checkout and are processed by secure payment providers.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide, in the countries offered at checkout, generally within 7–12 business days, as described in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order. Risk passes to you when you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the conditions and with the exceptions set out in our Refund Policy, which also describes our additional 30-day returns. Model withdrawal form (optional): "To Ulovel, contact@ulovel.com — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: … Order number: … Ordered on / received on: … Name: … Address: … Date: …"

6. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. You are entitled to have a non-conforming product repaired or replaced free of charge and, where provided by law, to a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. Any commercial guarantee is in addition to these legal rights.

7. Liability and force majeure

Ulovel is liable for its obligations in accordance with the law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. An event of force majeure may suspend the performance of the obligations concerned, without affecting your legal rights to cancellation and refund.

8. Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In case of a complaint, please contact us first at contact@ulovel.com. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform or go to the competent court.
