Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days. During busy periods or in case of carrier delays, delivery may take longer. The countries we deliver to and any specific conditions are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder. You can also follow your parcel from the Track my order page.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. To correct it, write to contact@ulovel.com as soon as possible with your order number. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, contact us and we will find a solution together; any reshipping cost will be confirmed with you beforehand.

Late or missing delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us. Unless another date has been agreed, delivery must take place within 30 days of the order. If it does not, you may set an additional reasonable period and, failing delivery, cancel the contract and be refunded, in accordance with the law.

Damaged item

If you receive a damaged, wrong or non-conforming item, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We cover the costs needed to put it right.
