Shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder.

Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Before sending anything back, contact us at contact@ulovel.com with your order number: we will send you the instructions and the correct return address.

Damaged or wrong item
Write to us with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will check your request and offer you a solution.
