2. Data we collect

• First and last name.
• Email address and phone number.
• Delivery and billing addresses.
• Payment data, processed directly by our payment providers.
• Browsing data, including through cookies and the Meta pixel, according to your consent choices.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data to process and ship orders, send order and delivery confirmations, provide customer service, meet our legal and accounting obligations and improve our website. Legal bases: performance of the contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interest in securing the website and, where required, your consent (marketing emails, personalised advertising, non-essential cookies).

4. Who receives your data

Your data is shared only with the providers needed to run our service: Shopify (e-commerce platform and hosting), Klaviyo (emails), Meta (advertising), Wetracked (conversion tracking), payment providers and carriers. Some providers may be located outside the European Union; transfers are then protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work and, with your consent where required, cookies for analytics and personalised advertising. You can refuse non-essential cookies and change your choices at any time; refusing them does not prevent you from ordering.

6. How long we keep your data

Order and accounting records are kept for 10 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Browsing data is kept for up to 13 months. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. To exercise your rights, write to contact@ulovel.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
